ATOM SME Acceleration Programme Equips Mandalay SME Business Owners and Entrepreneurs with Financial Tools for Success

In line with its commitment to support Myanmar’s business ecosystem and empower small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to take their business to the next level, ATOM today successfully hosted the second event of its ATOM SME Acceleration Programme. The event, held at Hotel Mandalay in Maha Aungmye Township, Mandalay Region, revolved around the theme of “Financial Efficiency for SMEs” and attracted 100 SME business leaders and entrepreneurs from the Mandalay Region eager to gain valuable insights into financial management strategies.

The highlight of the event was a knowledge-sharing workshop led by expert trainer U Kaung Hein Soe, Founder and Managing Director of Kaung Hein Soe Strategic Consulting Firm, who delved into critical aspects of SME business challenges, financial goals, trends, and financial management tips. The participants gained insights into maximising business potential and efficiently managing their working capital.

Additionally, guest speaker Ko Tun Tun Linn, Chief Business Officer of A Bank, delivered a seminar on financial tools tailored for SMEs. BIM Engineering Solutions, a strategic partner of ATOM Business, also participated in the event to share information about the essential role of contact centres in enterprises, highlighting the importance of effective communication and customer service for business success.

The first event of the ATOM SME Acceleration Programme took place on 8 September 2023 in Yangon at ATOM’s head office, attended by 100 SME entrepreneurs who gained knowledge around industry best practices and technologies applicable to their businesses.
