Ooredoo Myanmar Hosted the Gameverse – Mission 2024 Event with Great Success

Ooredoo Myanmar successfully held the Gameverse – Mission 2024 Main Event at Thuwunna National Indoor Stadium on June 15 and 16, packed with exciting activities. Not only was it the highest-prize gaming tournament ever held by a third party in Myanmar’s eSports history, but it also delivered a grand setup, thrilling matches, immersive experiences, and plenty of excitement for both the gamers who took part and the fans who came to watch.

Gameverse – Mission 2024 set a new record with 241 men’s and women’s teams taking part combined, making it the tournament with the most competing teams among any third-party Mobile Legends tournament held in the country. After weeks of fierce online qualifying matches, the Gameverse – Mission 2024 Main Event became the most anticipated event among fans, drawing a record-setting crowd of more than 12,000 in-person attendees and more than 1,400,000 online viewers. At the Main Event, the fierce competition among the top qualifying teams left the audience in awe. Ooredoo Myanmar is proud to congratulate the winning teams.

Gameverse – Mission 2024 highlights Ooredoo Myanmar’s commitment to supporting Myanmar’s gaming community. As the highest-prize tournament ever held by a third party in Myanmar’s eSports history, it awarded a total of 700 lakh Kyats in prizes — 500 lakh Kyats for the men’s teams and 200 lakh Kyats for the women’s teams. Ooredoo Myanmar’s Gameverse – Mission 2024 delivered a packed lineup of exciting activities and created memorable experiences for everyone who came out to watch.
