However, my background was pure recruitment and when I arrived in Myanmar, I saw that the job board space was overcrowded and the quality of the recruitment companies was very poor compared to international best practices. Therefore, we decided to focus purely on recruitment services that offered international best practices. The name MyWorld is meant to give people an inclusive feeling and feel part of our community.”
