MPT allows users to use the remaining data balance for 30 days in order to replenish customers due to the recent mobile internet outage.

You can check your remaining balance by dialing *224#. MPT will continue to monitor the situation and provide the best possible service to its customers.

With the additional efforts of MPT to make it convenient for customers across the country, MPT users can use Mobile Financial Services which can facilitate financial transactions and daily banking services, and Microsoft Office Applications with MPT 3G/4G network.

Wherever MPT 3G/4G network is available, you can use mobile banking/finance mobile applications, and make transactions by turning on the Mobile data (you have to turn your VPN off). MPT users can now use Mobile Financial Services and Mobile Financial Applications KBZ, CB, AYA, and MPT Pay, KBZ Pay, CB Pay on MPT Network. MPT allows users to access the MPT4U and MPT Pay Application on MPT Network during the mobile internet outage. MPT also provides convenient voice and SMS packages to contact their beloved, and for business communications.

In addition, MPT is also planning to reduce 20% on the invoice of FTTH/ADSL for June which will be sent at the start of May, 2021, in order to replenish the FTTH/ADSL internet service users due to the internet outage in April.
