One of the most sophisticated operators in Myanmar – the Mytel has conducted its press conference about SIM registration on March 10, 2020, at Novotel Hotel.

The event is intended to provide detail information to its customers about how to register the SIM, requirements to register, methods of checking information of registered cards and numbers of SIM cards that can be registered; and to use its services with the friendly application.

“Mytel that is always caring its customers is now going to explain detail information to have the right personal information that have been registered and how to make SIM registration so as to access services securely. The today press conference is conducted to explain that information. If the users registered their card systematically, we (the Mytel) are sure to provide better services for each user and we will be able to scrutinize users’ personal information security. During the event, Mytel explained how to register the SIM cards, ways to check registered information of the cards and ways to amend registered information. Mytel users can proceed with the following procedures in order to register, amend the information or to check information.

  1. Mytel showrooms and POS Channel stores. Mytel provides registration services at its showrooms, a total of 137 Mytel agents and more than 50,000 POS shops by using Billing and Customer Care System (BCCS). Users can change or check the information by showing their ID cards.
  2. Mytel’s MyID App. To check the registered information, please enter “Info Update” in the App and enter your information.
  3. Mytel’s website/WAP account.mytel.com.mm. Registration and changing information can be done: please visit the website of Mytel, then enter your number and enter the OTP code.
  4. Calling Call Center of Mytel. Registration and changing information can be done: by calling Mytel Call Center 966, then send your ID card (front and back views) and true information by using OTT App.
