The arrival of 2 million Sinopharm Covid-19 vaccine

According to the Ministry of Health and Sports, 2 million Chinese-ordered vaccines have arrived in Myanmar, which is facing the coronavirus epidemic.

On 28 August, 2 million doses of the Chinese Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine purchased by the Myanmar government arrived at Rangoon International Airport.

Since the third outbreak of the epidemic in Myanmar, China has been actively helping to link Myanmar and Chinese vaccine companies with the lowest possible prices and provided with the COVID-19 vaccine to fight the epidemic in Myanmar.

To date, China has supplied a total of 7.6 million Kovis-19 vaccines to Myanmar, of which 2.9 million were donated by China and 4.7 million were purchased from Myanmar.
