E-Government Integrated Data Center (e-GIDC) will be built to implement e-Government functions in Government Organizations

Ministry of Transport and Communications is performing e-Government Integrated Data Center (e-GIDC) project with economic and development corporation fund of South Korea to enhance e-Government procedures and the Ministry will implement the functions in related with e-Government Integrated Data Center (e-GIDC) from April 2018 to September 2018.
South Korea Company is conducting fieldwork of e-Government Integrated Data Center (e-GIDC) project that will be built in Naypyitaw, and Data Backup System will be included and built into safe important information Data of State Level and Data Backup System will be included and built not to lose information Data due to weather and natural disasters.
This e-Government Integrated Data Center (e-GIDC) will be built in the Zabuthiri Township in the area of Naypyitaw Municipal Governance, and the project will be implemented in April, 2018 and the project period will last for about 3 years.
An e-Government Data Center was built in Tatkon and Servers were configured for all Ministries and Government Personnel Management System (GPMS), Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and E-Mail systems will be served as Common e-Government Applications in Ministries. e-Government Integrated Data Center (e-GIDC) of project proposal has been agreed at the meeting of Union Government held on 9-6-2016 by getting a loan of US dollar 80 million from Republic of South Korea Economic Development Cooperation Fund (EDCF).
e-Government Integrated Data Center (e-GIDC) will be built to Tier3 Level at Naypyitaw, a core of governance, and a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) and Data Backup Systems will be built in Thanlyin Township, Yangon Region, and Electricity, Generator, UPS, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Firefighting, Network will be built by the N+1 Fault Tolerant system, and services not more than 99% Uptime and Downtime 1.6 hrs will be given for the whole year.
Server, Switch, Storage of Government Organizations to put Colocations, 500 Racks will be put on the e-GIDC and 100 Racks will be put at DRC. 
Operating Room will also build for Centralized Management by using systems such as DDoS, IPS, VPN, Web Firewall, Security System, Network Management System, Server Management System, and Facility Management System. Good Connection (Government Service Network GSM) will be built in Naypyitaw and people can use the services of Government conveniently by connecting e-GIDC.
We can get Benefits such as giving services by electronic system, giving service 24 hours, 7 days, administration simultaneously, better safety, reducing time and money by building Myanmar e-Government Integrated Data Center (e-GIDC).
It is stated in newspaper of State published on 2nd April that Cyber City Courses are being opened and staffs from Central Organizations and CIO are being lectured to develop e-Government system of the country and to safe Cyber and over 800 students were lectured during 2 years.
Union Minister of the Ministry of Transport and Communications said in e-Government Conference 2017 that e-Government system was started from 2004 and in 2016, e-Government indicator of Myanmar was at 169 levels among 193 countries.
If e-Government procedures succeed, each sector such other education, health, social, and economic will develop, and it is known that the Master Plan will be drawn and carry out for implementing e-Government system successfully to improve living standards, to develop economically, to exchange information openly among people and government and to distribute information that people need to keep step with the time in Myanmar.
