One Education is a training school offering Pre-school, Wiley Young Learner Class, and Adult Class programs for young children and youth. It’s a school parents can trust for their children’s education, and also a great place for young adults to build their own skills.
“For Pre-school, we offer both Half-day and Full-day options. Half-day runs from 9am to 12pm, or 1pm to 4pm. Full-day runs from 9am to 3pm. For the Young Learner Class, we teach both via online Zoom classes and in-person, face-to-face classes,” said Htay Yamin, Academic Manager of One Education.
One Education currently offers Adult Classes at Basic, Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, and Advanced levels. At the foundational language level, the focus is mainly on speaking skills. The Basic level itself is split into Team 1 and Team 2.

“For Team 1, if you attend Monday through Thursday, four days a week, you’ll finish half of Team 1’s level in a month. If you continue for a second term, you’ll complete the full Basic Level course. After that, we run an exam and issue certificates. We run Team 1 and Team 2 the same way for Pre-intermediate, and the same again for Intermediate, all the way up through IELTS,” she continued.
At One Education, a Basic Course covering both Team 1 and Team 2 costs 140,000 kyats. But if you attend just one level in person, it costs only 70,000 kyats. Even though the full Basic Course covering Team 1 and Team 2 is priced at 140,000 kyats, a discount brings it down to 130,000 kyats.
“For online classes, we offer four classes: A, B, C, and D. Each class costs 50,000 kyats. Course fees are paid upfront per course, though you can pay for Team 1 and Team 2 separately, or pay for both together. We accept mobile banking as well as cash,” she said.
One Education also plans to launch Singapore Math later this year, offering the Singapore curriculum for children from P1 through P6. Looking ahead, One Education is also planning to build its own app.
“Right now, rather than operating purely as a website, we run more like an institute where students can come in person. We’re prioritizing classes that let students attend in person over online. We also open new sub-classes every month. For the Wiley In-Person class, we open new sub-classes in the first week of each month too. This is aimed at children mainly preparing for Cambridge exams. For these children, we teach all four skills fully, using both Cambridge and Oxford textbooks. Beyond extra reading and writing, we also include activity time so they don’t get bored during lessons, and our teachers prioritize speaking practice,” she continued.

She said children who attend One Education show noticeable improvement in speaking within just a month. The school also keeps student records and shares them back with parents. One Education currently has more than 500 children who have studied online, and close to 700–800 students in total including in-person students.
“For our Pre-school branches, we have two schools in Thingangyun, one on Pagoda Road, one in Pansodan, and one in Hlaing Township — four schools operating as International Pre-schools. For Adult English Classes, we run four branches: Sinn Ye Twin, Pansodan, Thingangyun, and Hlaing Station.
